Hearing it gave me goosebumps and have sent chills down my spine, as if I were time-traveling into Vigan’s colorful and rich cultural legacy. In that moment, I felt deeply connected to the faith, traditions, and vibrant spirit that make the Heritage City of Vigan truly special. The Heritage City of Vigan is celebrated for its rich culture, Spanish colonial architecture, and vibrant traditions. Every January, Bigueños honor the Fiesta of the Conversion of St. Paul , a grand event filled with parades, competitions, dances, and food festivals.
